是不可數(shù)名詞。advice的后面不能加s，當(dāng)表示“一條建議”用要用a piece of advice,“一些建議”用some advice。

advice用法

一、表示“建議”、“勸告”、“忠告”時(shí)，是不可數(shù)名詞，當(dāng)表示一條或幾條建議，要用some,much,piece,bit等詞修飾。如：

Here are two pieces of advice. 這是兩條建議。

Let me give you a bit of advice. 讓我給你一點(diǎn)忠告吧。

二、表示按照某人的意見做某事，要用介詞 on 或 by。如：

We did the work by her advice. 我們按她的意見做此工作。

Claire went to Paris on Sarah’s advice. 克萊爾聽取薩拉的忠告去了巴黎。

三、表示提出建議或忠告，一般用動(dòng)詞 give；表示向某人請教或征求意見，一般用動(dòng)詞 ask (for)；表示接受意見或勸告，一般用動(dòng)詞take, follow, accept 等。如：

The old often give good advice to the young. 老年人常常對年輕人提出金玉良言。

You should ask for the teacher’s advice. /You should ask the teacher for advice. 你應(yīng)該去征求老師的意見。

四、advice的動(dòng)詞形式是advise，常見搭配有：advise sb.to do sth，advise doing sth，advise that sb.should do sth。如：

He advised waiting till the proper time.他建議等到適當(dāng)時(shí)機(jī)才行動(dòng)。

My teacher advises me to leave now.老師建議我現(xiàn)在就離開。

We advise measures（should）be taken to stop pollution at once.我們建議立即采取措施以阻止污染。
